Sir, I want to give you an advise, you send the package both in Hindi and English that increases it weight and the postal expenses also. So if it is possible put the option of Hindi/English in the registration form in this way it will be clear that in which language the worker wants the package. it will save your time to prepared the package and also save your extra postal charges.
